- Hazardous materials, flammables, corrosives, and toxic substances
- Live animals, insects, and human remains
- Perishable food and unrefrigerated biological materials
- Counterfeit goods and items infringing intellectual property
- Currency, negotiable instruments, and precious metals in bullion form
- Items subject to sanctions or export controls without a license
- Obscene material illegal at origin or destination
- Any item prohibited by the outbound carrier or destination country
Restricted (Additional Review)
- Lithium-ion and lithium-metal batteries
- Alcohol, tobacco, and vape products
- Cosmetics, perfumes, and aerosols
- Regulated electronics (drones, radios, certain lasers)
- Medical devices and prescription items
Prohibited Behavior
- Misdeclaring package contents, value, or country of origin
- Using the Service to evade customs, sanctions, or export controls
- Reselling forwarding addresses or sharing an account across parties
- Automated scraping, credential stuffing, or attempts to bypass security
