Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ParcelForwarder (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ParcelForwarder is a fully automated global parcel forwarding network that receives packages on your behalf at Certified Processing Centers and forwards them to your destination address using third-party carriers.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, payment methods, and destination addresses. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. The Service

ParcelForwarder provides forwarding addresses in supported countries. Packages you have shipped to those addresses are received by a Certified Processing Center, inspected, weighed, matched to your account, charged to your saved payment method, labeled, and dispatched via the configured carrier (currently FedEx International Economy).

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

You may not use the Service to ship items that are illegal, dangerous, restricted by carrier, or restricted for import/export at either origin or destination. This includes but is not limited to: firearms and ammunition, hazardous materials, illegal drugs, currency, counterfeit goods, live animals, perishables, and items prohibited by applicable sanctions or export controls. Restricted items (including lithium batteries and regulated goods) may require additional review, documentation, or refusal at our sole discretion.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

You are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any regulatory obligations at the destination country. You may configure DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) in Shipping Preferences. Estimates are not guaranteed; actual amounts assessed by customs authorities are your responsibility.

6. Charges & Payment Authorization

You authorize ParcelForwarder to automatically charge your saved payment method for shipping, insurance, duties (where DDP is selected), storage, service fees, and any other authorized charges. If a charge fails, the package will be held and marked as an exception until payment succeeds.

7. Insurance & Liability

Standard or Enhanced insurance may be selected in Shipping Preferences and is subject to the insurer's terms. Except as required by law, ParcelForwarder's total liability for any package is limited to the declared insured value, or, if no insurance was purchased, to the lesser of the actual replacement cost of the package contents or USD $100.

8. Storage & Abandoned Packages

Packages may be stored at a Certified Processing Center for a limited period. Packages left beyond the storage window, or held indefinitely due to failed payment or unresolved exceptions, may be treated as abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.

9. Carrier Terms

Outbound shipments are handled by third-party carriers subject to their own terms, service levels, and liability limits. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, or misuse of the Service. You may close your account at any time; charges already incurred remain payable.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
